Sometimes a dog comes into rescue simply because life circumstances changed—and that's exactly what happened to this beautiful girl.
Meet Hope, a gorgeous 4-year-old Great Pyrenees who is looking for the forever family she deserves.
Hope was originally rescued from an older couple who could no longer care for her. The kind person who stepped up to help her then discovered that a family member was severely allergic to Hope, leaving them with the heartbreaking realization that they couldn't keep her either. That's when they reached out to TGPR to help find Hope a safe place to land.
And we're so glad they did. ❤️
Hope is everything you could hope for in a Pyr. She is sweet, calm, gentle and incredibly easygoing. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs, is good with cats and children, and has even been around bunnies without any issues.
In fact, her foster family describes her as a "rug" because she's so calm and chill! 😂❤️
Hope isn't looking for a complicated life. She just wants to be near her people, enjoy some love and attention, and have a soft place to stretch out and relax.
At just four years old, Hope has so much love left to give. She's the kind of girl who could quietly become the heart of your home without ever asking for much in return.
We believe her name is especially fitting, because Hope is exactly what rescue is about—the hope for a better tomorrow, a second chance, and a forever family.
